About the Aquatic Center
The Frederico Castro Aquatic Center is a swimming school located in Quintas do Calhau, São Luís.
We serve everyone from young children to adults who are learning to swim, people in rehabilitation, athletes with autism, candidates for competitions, and those seeking swimming as a hobby to relieve daily stress.
Our mission is to offer quality of life, water safety, and performance, with teachers trained in Physical Education and an exclusive methodology from swimmer Frederico Castro, World Cup medalist and former athlete of the Brazilian National Team.

Our specialized gym includes swimming-specific training equipment, video analysis room, and recovery areas with saunas and hydrotherapy tubs.
